Make Lists with the Data Warehouse EASE-E Data Analyzer PC
Sometimes when you are working with the data warehouse, you want to know
more about the data that make up an Attribute or Object before performing
analyses A helpful function in EASE-E Data Analyzer PC is the List tab
which allows you to see the details of the data, without running a query
How to make lists with EASE-E Data Analyzer PC List Tab
The list tab provides you with a quick way to see what values an Attribute
contains
1 Click on the List tab at the bottom of the Query Table space You
should see a blank screen like Figure 1

2 In the Objects Panel, open State Assessment Open Percent Correct, and
then Language Arts, followed by Different Purposes Drag Different
Purposes over to the list to get a window that looks like Figure 2

3 Run the query by clicking on the Green Arrow You will be able to see
what the results are before deciding if you want to make a query with
this Enumerated Object Figure 3

There is another way to build lists with Ease-E Data Analyzer PC This
approach will help you see who is scoring as NOVICE, for example Lets see
what I am talking about

4 Open up the proficiency query that was saved as a FAVORITE Right
click on the number 45 in the 2003-04 NOVICE results You will get
another window that has a Drill Through to Source Data Option See

5 You will see the proficiency levels and assessment results, such as
Figure 5

6 Drop in Student Name Student Attribute and run the query You will
get the names of the 45 students who scored NOVICE in 2003-04 Figure

You can also add Lunch Status or Gender or Ethnicity to the query and the
names will be organized by demographics
